Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

Build products & services that our customers love. This role suits a seasoned generalist who thrives in fast-paced, low-hierarchy environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats—whether building a product from scratch, talking to customers or solving complex prioritization issues. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers & product designer in a small, high-impact team that takes pride in crafting quality solutions for our customers.
Core responsibilities
  • Understand the problem: Work with clients and domain experts to truly understand the problem that needs to be solved for clients and advisors. Together with the Product Designer, you'll be iterating possible solutions with clients to ensure that we build the best solution. 
  • Scope the problem: Together with engineering, you'll be leading key decisions around how to best solve the problem for our clients. Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a scalable product.
  • Organize & Communicate: Ensure that everybody has the visibility on what's the priority and ensure that you constantly communicate with clients, team members and partners.
Preferred Experience
  • Startup Experience: Senior Product Manager in startup/scaleup environments, or similar experience where building and shipping was the main focus.
  • Career Diversity: Experience working in multiple companies or environments with ideally some of them in a regulated industry.
  • Technical Expertise: min. 3-5 years of professional experience in product management.
  • Domain-knowledge: Ideally, you have worked in the FinTech/Accounting/Tax space before.

  • Proactive and Initiative: You thrive in ambiguity, taking full ownership of challenges and creatively navigating toward effective solutions.
  • Eagerness and Analytical: Changing tasks & requirements excite you. You are able to think logically, break down complex problems and flexibly adapt in your daily work.
  • Ability to start from 0: You have taken products from 0 to 1 in the past.
  • Highly organized: You are highly organised, structured and reliable in your work.
  • Hands-on: In an early company, there is no delegation. Most of the work needs to be done by all of us.
