Senior Product Manager - Accounting (f/m/d)

You will work alongside experienced engineers and a product designer in a small, high-impact team that takes pride in crafting quality solutions for our customers.

Your focus

As the Product Manager Accounting, you will own the design, development, and delivery of core accounting features for the German regulatory and tax environment. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to keep Integral’s accounting systems accurate, scalable, and audit-ready.

Core responsibilities
  • Understand the problem: Work with clients and domain experts to truly understand what needs to be solved for advisors and SMBs. Together with the Product Designer, iterate options with customers to ensure we build the right solution.

  • Scope the problem: Together with engineering, lead key decisions on sequencing and depth. Collaborate with the team to ensure a scalable product.

  • Ship value: Deliver accounting workflows that are correct, audit-ready, and observable. Increase automation coverage, reduce exception handling, and shorten time to close.

Preferred Experience
  • Senior Product Manager in startup/scaleup environments, or similar experience where building and shipping was the main focus.
  • Experience across multiple companies or domains, ideally including regulated spaces.
  • 5+ years in product management or equivalent hands-on product building.
  • Accounting or adjacent domain experience in Germany.
  • German fluency or equivalent.

  • Hands-on: In an early-stage company, there is little delegation. Most of the work is done by all of us.
