We’re looking for a bold, hands-on operator to join us as a Founders’ Associate. In this role, you'll be owning key initiatives (leading our sales approach, working on strategic products, working directly together with our investors & much more).
We're specifically looking for someone who will fully own their initiatives and not just work alongside the founders.
Strategic Projects: Tackle high-impact initiatives, streamline operations, and help us scale effectively.
Business Development: Take ownership of critical projects—from digging into research to planning resources and rolling out new strategies.
Organizational Excellence: Keep our workflows smooth and ensure we’re always working on what moves the needle.
GTM Strategy: Work directly with our CEO to analyze market trends, map out our positioning, and shape how we take Integral to market.
Spent 2+ years in consulting, startups, or other fast-paced environments.
Proven you can work in high-impact roles where you take ownership and drive results.
Experience is one thing, but if you can do the job, let’s talk.
