Mission
We’re seeking a bold and entrepreneurial Finance Manager to join us in Berlin to take over our day-to-day financial management at Integral. You’ll take ownership of our operational finance, building the foundation for all things finance as we scale. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and shape the future of finance at Integral from scratch.

Your focus
  • Reporting & Analysis: Conduct actual vs. budget comparisons, trend analyses, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in close collaboration with the CFO, ensuring accurate financial planning.
  • Liquidity Management: Take responsibility for liquidity planning, including monitoring and managing financial and cash flow plans.
  • Operational Finance: Manage accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, and preparation for tax filings, ensuring efficient day-to-day finance operations.
Your profile
  • Educational Background: You have a degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
  • Professional Experience: You bring experience in controlling and accounting, ideally within the finance or FinTech sector.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in typical tools such as MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting/controlling/planning tools (incl. DATEV).
  • Tech-savvyYou're excited about leveraging AI to enhance financial processes.
  • Analytical Strength: Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex financial data and derive clear recommendations for action.
  • Language: You manage both German and English on a professional level. 
  • Work Ethic: You work independently, in a highly structured manner, and with a high degree of integrity.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have previous experience working in entrepreneurial or fast-paced environments.
